Zach Rodman - Hitting & Catching instructor

A Kokomo native and 2001 graduate of Kokomo High School, Zach was an All-Conference performer and Indiana North All-Star. He continued his collegiate playing career at Vincennes University, earning JUCO All-Region honors, before transferring to Bethel College, where he was named a multi-time All-Conference selection and an NCCAA All-American catcher.

Zach brings extensive coaching and instructional experience to 765 Sports Lab, having provided private hitting and catching lessons for years. He has served as a Head Coach in both the Indiana Bulls and Howard County Cubs travel organizations, alongside spending seven seasons as an assistant coach at Western High School. At the Lab, Zach focuses on advanced catching mechanics, defensive approach, and plate discipline, emphasizing the elite training habits required to excel on game day.

“I want players and parents to understand that game day is a showcase of the amount of work a player has put in on their own time. Players have to train and build outside of standard team practices. Elite results require elite training, and athletes are going to get our best at 765 Sports Lab.”
