will eldridge - Pitching & Development instructor

We are excited to spotlight Will Eldridge—Pitching & Development Instructor at 765 Sports Lab!

Will brings active professional baseball experience directly to our athletes as a current pitcher in the Atlanta Braves minor league system. A 2022 Carroll High School graduate (All-State & North All-Star), Will began his collegiate career at Indiana Wesleyan University, earning Newcomer of the Year and 2nd Team All-Conference honors before pitching at Indiana University.

In addition to playing two seasons in the Northwoods League for the Willmar Stingers, Will spent a summer training at Driveline Baseball in Seattle, mastering modern velocity design, pitch design, and arm care protocols.

“My hope is to help the younger generation by teaching and sharing the information I’ve learned from so many different coaches. I want to make training fun and enjoyable while helping kids remember their love for the game!”
