With many years of experience coaching competitive softball across all ages, Cole has dedicated his softball career to helping athletes grow both on and off the field.

Cole’s experience extends far beyond coaching on the field. Working behind the scenes in program development has given him a valuable insight into building this organization, developing athletes, supporting coaches, and creating opportunities for players to reach the next level. He looks forward to bringing that knowledge and vision to 765 Sports Lab.

Outside of softball, Cole has proudly worked at Stellantis for the past 15 years.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth Acord, and is the proud father of three amazing daughters, Wrenleigh (10), Everleigh (5), Brexleigh (1). Being a dad to 3 girls gives a unique perspective on what families are looking for in a youth sports program here in Kokomo: a safe, positive, and challenging environment where athletes can develop confidence, character, and a lifelong love for Softball.

Cole believes in creating an atmosphere where players can compete at a high level while still enjoying the process of learning and improving their skills. Strong communication, positive relationships, and genuine investment in every athlete are the foundation of Cole’s coaching philosophy. His outgoing personality and ability to connect with players, parents, and coaches has allowed him to build lasting relationships throughout the softball community.
